The Connecting Leaders Club and Marie Claire are committed to equality by creating the first Think Tank on gender equality.
The purpose of this initiative is to consider the major issues of gender equality and to be a proactive force for public authorities and companies.
Through thematic meetings, bringing together experts, companies and public actors, the objective is to move the lines and raise public awareness.
The themes will cover both professional and private issues:
Working conditions, equal pay, career prospects, harassment, access to the Tech sector, health, education, task sharing, work/life balance…

In addition to raising public awareness and holding debates with experts and economic players, the Think Tank Marie Claire “Agir pour l’Égalité” aims to be a proactive actor for public authorities and companies, and a source of inspiration for women and men who want to move from rhetoric to action.
Our working sessions and workshops enable us to develop concrete proposals validated by a scientific committee of experts. A real toolbox for all those who want to advance gender equality.
The 100 concrete proposals of the Think Tank are detailed in our White Paper which has been submitted to public authorities and companies.
